How to use it
Cut meat or vegetables into small cubes, place them in the bowl and fit the blade and lid. Press the top in short pulses for a coarse chop or hold longer for a fine mince. For meat, remove bones and keep it slightly chilled for the best texture.
Care
Remove the blade carefully, wash the bowl and blades in warm soapy water and dry. Never put the motor unit in water — just wipe it with a damp cloth.
